The Althawra Sports City Stadium ( Arabic ملعب مدينة الثورة الرياضية, DMG Malʿab Madīnat aṯ-Ṯaura ar-riyāḍiyya ) is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the Yemeni capital Sanaa . It is currently mainly used for soccer matches. Opened in 1986, the facility can accommodate up to 30,000 spectators. The Yemeni national soccer team plays its home games here. The venue is part of the Al-Thawra Sports City .
