Alto do Palurdo is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Pinhel . It was created on September 29, 2013 from the merger of the municipalities of Pereiro and Vale de Madeira . 241 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011) live in it on an area of 47.31 km². The administration is based in Pereiro.
