Alto do Seixalinho is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Barreiro . The community had 19,979 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Alto do Seixalinho, Santo André and Verderena merged to form the new parish União das Freguesias de Alto do Seixalinho, Santo André e Verderena . Alto do Seixalinho is the seat of this newly formed municipality.
