Alvensleben (desert)

Alvensleben is a desert on the corridor of today's city of Sangerhausen in Saxony-Anhalt .

Geographical location

The Alvensleben desert lies between the Gonna in the east and the Sachsgraben in the west. The corridor is limited to the south by the helmets .

history

Alvensleben ( [Al] bundesleba ) is mentioned in the Hersfeld tithes directory , which was created between 881 and 899, as a place subject to tithing in the Friesenfeld district .
