Alvydas Lukys
Alvydas Lukys (born November 4, 1958 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian photographer.
Life
After graduating from secondary school, Lukys completed his diploma studies at the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas in Vilnius in 1984 . Since 1990 he has been teaching at the Vilniaus dailės akademija . Lukys has headed the chair for photography and media art since 1997 (until 2000 for photography and video art). He has been a professor since 2007 .
He had exhibitions in Turku (1996), Berlin (1999, 2005), Munich (2005).
