from [al'manja] with love

In 2014 she published the book from [al'manja] with love - Trans_feminist Positioning on Racism and Migratism . In the book, both transnational and post-colonial perspectives are applied to the situation in Germany in particular, but also to Europe in general . With these approaches, she conducts critical migration research , thematizes the still existing racist colonialism within Europe and tries to identify and break up binary dominance structures.

This book is the sixth volume in the series transdisciplinary gender studies published by Brandes & Apsel . The separation of biological and sociocultural sex is fundamental to Alyosxa's theories. On the basis of this separation, she investigates the differentiation between migratism and racism. It describes how a closed homogeneous cultural area Europe / Germany is assumed and all persons who do not correspond to the homogeneous picture in any real or imagined way are excluded. In this construct, terms and phrases like "home" or "with us" are given a nationalistic character and determine the affiliation, thus inclusion or exclusion . The power relations reproduced in this way also run through racist, sexist and xenophobic stereotypes. She also goes into the alleged overcoming of colonialism in Europe. She is convinced that the classification into "white" and "black" still exists and thus changes the way people think and act. The skin color "white" is still associated with the attributes "harmless", "good" and "honest" and this contrasts with the "black" properties such as "criminal", "bad" and "not trustworthy". Alyosxa is of the opinion that these colonial views are false and prone to conflict and that the denial of its existence is also problematic. In her works it can be seen that she advocates the correct separation between racism and migratism, referring to historical backgrounds.
