The Am Hospital 3 building is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located south of the historic Quedlinburg city center at the northeastern end of the small cul-de-sac Am Hospital . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building.

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built in the second half of the 18th century and is considered to be the remainder of the original development in this area. Originally the house was free-standing.

There is a profile plank on the threshold of the building . The eaves are also profiled. The ground floor was renewed in massive construction. The house is covered with a hipped roof .

In the monument register of 1998, the building is listed as an individual monument at the address Mummental 2 , as is the house Mummental 2 to the east . In fact, however, due to its location directly on Am Hospital street, it is accessible via this.
