The half-timbered residential building Am Markt 1 is in the Liedberg district in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The building was built in the 18th century and entered into the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under No. 114 on June 3, 1987 .

The monument is a two-storey half - timbered house from the 18th century with a triangular framework and a triangular gable on the street side. The house “Am Markt 1” is part of the listed ensemble of the old historical market. Liedberg and in particular the old market that still exists have local significance for the history of the town of Korschenbroich.
