Amber Van Day (born May 1, 1996 in Hove ) is a British soul singer and songwriter.
Life
Amber Van Day is the daughter of singer David Van Day , who was part of the hit pop duo Dollar in the 1980s . She became known through her collaboration with the French DJ Hugel . With him she released the single WTF , the official theme song of the 13th season of Ich bin ein Star - Get me out of here! has been. The single is based on a sample of the 1966 song Parce que tu crois by Charles Aznavour . It achieved over 65 million streams on Spotify and received multiple gold awards.
