Hove

Hove is a city in the English Unitary Authority Brighton and Hove on the English Channel . It has a population of around 67,600 and has grown together with Brighton over the course of history . In 1997 Hove was merged with Brighton, Portslade and Rottingdean to form the city of Brighton and Hove and in 2000 received the status of a so-called Millennium City (City without any royal city privileges).
The city developed from a place of residence to a holiday resort, in which some light industry companies have settled. The luxurious seaside resort of Brunswick was built in the 19th century .
