life and career

She has been with the Red Scorpions since at least 2015 . At the end of April 2016, the Gambia Football Federation suspended her and several teammates for an attack on referees for twelve months and the team had to compete in the second division in the 2016/2017 season.

Camara played in the Gambian U17 team and was captain there. She scored her first goal against Sierra Leone on October 14, 2017. At the end of 2017, the team took part in qualifying for the 2018 U-17 World Cup, but was eliminated in the first round.

On September 16, 2017 she was in the squad for the first official international game of the Gambian national team against Guinea-Bissau. In qualifying for the Africa Cup of Women in 2018 , she competed with the Gambian team, but they were eliminated in the second round against Nigeria , which later won the title.
