The Travemünde office was an administrative district of the Free and Hanseatic City of Lübeck .

It was formed (together with the city ​​office and the land office ) on January 1, 1852 and comprised / administered the lübschen properties in the Travemünder Winkel :

The office, which was headed by an official administrator appointed by the Lübeck Senate and to whom a registry list was attached, administered the police system, guardianship and mortgage systems, voluntary jurisdiction, insofar as such was not exclusively assigned to the courts, the granting of citizenship rights and the protection association, the Granting of marriage certificates and the conclusion of civil marriages, the commercial relationships, the supervision of the borders and the partial raising of the public divide (taxes). The meeting room and the office were in the office (the Vogtei ) in Travemünde.

Until the reform of the Reich judiciary in 1877, the lawyer was also the court of first instance for Travemünde.

In 1879 the office of Travemünde was abolished and its administrative functions were transferred to the city ​​and country office .
