The Saarland Official Gazette (French: Bulletin Officiel de la Sarre ) is the official bulletin of the Saarland .

history

As a precursor appeared from 1920 to 1935 in the Saar , the Official Journal of the government commission . After the reintegration of the region into the German Reich, official gazettes of the Reich Commissioner and the Reich Governor were published for the Saarland.

Today's proclamation gazette has existed since 1945. After Hans Neureuter was appointed regional president in May 1945, it was first published as the official gazette of the Saar regional council (No. 1 / 1945–48 / 1946), then as the official gazette of the Saarland Administrative Commission (no. 49 / 1946-66 / 1947). Since the resolution of the Saarland Constitution in December 1947, it has had the current title of the Saarland Official Gazette (No. 67/1947 ff.).

In 2004 the Official Gazette was merged with the Joint Ministerial Gazette.

Part I has been announced electronically since December 3, 2009. The legal requirements for this were created by the law on the Saarland Official Gazette of February 11, 2009 (Official Journal 2009, 1215).

content

The content is divided into three sections: Part I "Official texts" can be found from the parliament adopted laws and regulations . Part II contains "Resolutions and notices", e.g. B. Job advertisements from the ministries. Part III is intended for "official notices", for example about foreclosures, public tenders, declarations of loss of savings accounts or public deliveries.

The ordinances of the French authorities (until 1957) were promulgated in French with an additional unofficial German translation. In addition, Parts I and II were published in both German and French by May 1952, with only the German text being official with regard to the texts of the Saarland authorities.
