District court Beverstedt

The Beverstedt district court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Beverstedt .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the Beverstedt office . The district court was subordinate to the Lehe Higher Court . In 1859 the district court was dissolved and its judicial district was divided between the district courts of Bremervörde , Osterholz and Lehe .
