Brühl is the seat of the local court of Brühl , which is responsible for the cities of Brühl, Erftstadt , Hürth and Wesseling in the eastern Rhein-Erft district . Around 187,000 people live in the 231 km² judicial district .

history

The court was established on the basis of a Prussian law from April 30, 1913 to September 16, 1916 and took over the city of Brühl, the municipalities of Badorf, Berzdorf, Kierberg, Schwadorf and Vochem and the village of Meschenich as a district from the Cologne District Court .
