The Burg District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Germany. It belongs to the district of the Stendal Regional Court and the Naumburg Higher Regional Court .

The seat of the court is Burg (near Magdeburg) . It has two service buildings, both of which are located in Burg, west of the city center in a former barracks complex. The main building (House 1) has the address In der Alte Kaserne 3 , House 2 has the address In der Alte Kaserne 7 .

The judicial district corresponds to the district of Jerichower Land .

There was a branch in Genthin . It was previously self-employed as the Genthin District Court .

The original building of the local court stands on the property at Johannesstraße 18 , but is no longer in use as a court.
