Haslach District Court

The Haslach District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Haslach in the Grand Duchy of Baden . At first it belonged to the district of the court court of the Middle Rhine District , later of the district and court court of Offenburg .

history

The Haslach District Court was founded in 1857 as part of the separation of jurisdiction and administration in Baden during the state reorganization after the revolution of 1848/49. The court court of the Middle Rhine District in Bruchsal was superordinate to the court. In 1864 the District and Court Court Offenburg took the position of the higher court. In 1872 the Haslach District Court was repealed and the Wolfach District Court took over its district.
