Wolfach District Court
The Wolfach District Court is a small district court in Wolfach in the Black Forest, one of six district courts in the district of the Offenburg Regional Court . The local courts belong to the ordinary jurisdiction .
Judicial district
The Wolfach District Court is locally responsible for the cities of Wolfach , Haslach , Hausach , Hornberg and the communities of Fischerbach , Gutach , Hofstetten , Mühlenbach , Oberwolfach and Steinach .
Jurisdiction
The district court performs the duties assigned to it in accordance with the Courts Constitution Act in the administration of civil and criminal justice. Courthouse
The court is housed in the south wing of the Fürstenberg Castle in Wolfach.
