Gengenbach District Court
The Gengenbach District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six District Courts (AG) in the district of the Offenburg Regional Court . It is manned by a judge.
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is the city of Gengenbach in the Ortenau district . The judicial district covers the area of the cities and communities Berghaupten , Biberach , Gengenbach, Nordrach , Oberharmersbach , Ohlsbach and Zell am Harmersbach with a total of 32,470 inhabitants.
Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .
building
The court is housed in the building at Grabenstrasse 17 , which was built in 1888 . It shares the building with the police.
Superior courts
The District Court of Offenburg is superordinate to the District Court of Gengenbach . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
