The district court of Kehl is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Offenburg .

The district court of Kehl came into being as a result of the highest resolution of June 30, 1881, to move the seat of the district office and district court of Kork to the more easily accessible, up-and-coming town of Kork from October 31, 1881.
