District court Langenhagen

The Langenhagen district court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction with its seat in Langenhagen . It existed from 1852 to 1859.

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished.

The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Langenhagen , which included Langenhagen and the surrounding villages as well as parts of Hanover and Garbsen . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Hanover .

The district court was overturned in 1859. Its judicial district was assigned to that of the Hanover District Court .
