Amtshof Vorsfelde
The Amtshof Vorsfelde is a half-timbered house built in 1780 in the Wolfsburg district of Vorsfelde in Lower Saxony . The representative building was the residence of the bailiff of the Vorsfelde office . In the 19th century it became the courtyard of Vorsfeld administrative officials. Today the building is used as a residential and commercial building and is a listed building .

The main house of the former administrative courtyard was built as a two-story half-timbered building with a symmetrical seven-axis facade. It has two single-axis wings set back at the side and a central diaphragm . The building has a baroque facade design and a mansard roof . In contrast to the other houses on the street, it is set back on the property and forms a courtyard open to the street. The property is bordered by gate pillars and a sandstone fence towards the main road. According to an official description by Vorsfeld from 1761, the building in the village had the highest value in the fire insurance register at 2000 Talers .
Originally the official courtyard consisted of the main building and two side buildings, which formed the courtyard. The northern outbuilding no longer exists. The southern outbuilding was replaced by a supermarket in the 1990s, which was demolished again around 2019 and replaced by a new building. To the east, the Vorwerk Vorsfelde's official sheep farm bordered with a sheepfold and the shepherd's house.
There was probably a previous building to the current building, which belonged to the von Bartensleben family in the 17th century . According to a head tax description from 1687, the widow Adelheit Annen von Bartensleben lived in the building.
The bailiff of the Vorsfelde office lived in the 18th century in the court yard, which he leased. In the middle of the 19th century, the building complex came into the possession of the economist Willrich.
