Military service

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Police officer or officer officer is a legally defined function designation for executives in public fire services at the level of an office in the German states of Schleswig-Holstein , Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and - as military leadership at an office level - in Brandenburg .

Schleswig-Holstein

The tasks of the administration of the fire brigade in Schleswig-Holstein are laid down in § 12 BrSchG: "The administration of the administration advises the municipalities on their tasks and works towards the proper training and operational readiness of the public fire brigades." The offices have (unlike the municipalities, districts and the country) beyond that, no legally defined task in the field of fire services. The military command is subject to the district military management within the meaning of § 15 BrSchG.

The military leadership is elected for a term of six years by delegates of the volunteer fire brigades of the municipalities belonging to the office and appointed to honorary civil service. The election of the military officer must be confirmed by the official committee. The military leadership carries the rank of "Hauptbrandmeisterin ***" or "First Hauptbrandmeisterin" (or the corresponding male designation).

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

The tasks of the chief of police are based on Section 12, Paragraph 7 of the BrSchG: "The chief of police advises the fire brigades of the municipalities belonging to the office on technical and organizational issues, coordinates the training, participates in the preparation of deployment and alarm plans, advises the office administration on financial resources and takes all necessary measures to ensure the operational readiness of the fire services in the official area. He is also the link between the district fire chief and the community fire chief. ”In addition to this, the offices (unlike the municipalities, districts and the state) do not have a legally stipulated task in the field of fire services.

The military leader is elected for a term of six years by the community and local military leaders and appointed to honorary civil service. The election must be confirmed by the official committee. The military officer has the rank of "Amtsbrandmeister".

Brandenburg

In Brandenburg, the offices according to § 3 BbgBKG, on an equal footing with the municipalities that do not have an office and the independent cities, are legally obliged to have an efficient fire service. The functional designation "administration of the police force" does not exist in Brandenburg, it is rather the "leadership of the defense" of the fire brigade at the official level. This is ordered directly by the fire protection agency, i.e. the office. The fire brigade managers in the municipalities belonging to the office and the district fire chief are to be heard. The assigned rank of the military leadership at the official level is "Amtsbrandmeister".
