At the Vossdelle or in the Vossdelle was a location in the north of the Bergisch city of Wuppertal . The majority of the population no longer has the name An der Voßdelle as an independent name for this location. A restaurant in the vicinity still bears the name Zur Voßdelle today .

The location is at an altitude of 259 m above sea level. NHN between the street In den Birken and the Nevigeser Straße in the north of the residential quarter Nevigeser Straße in the Uellendahl-Katernberg district . Neighboring locations are Am neue Hessen , In den Birken , Am Luhnberg , Grenz Jagdhaus , Pfaffenhaus , Hessen and Metzmachersrath .

The location arose from a settlement that was only recorded on maps from the 19th century and was located in the intersection of Elberfeld-Nevigeser Kommunal- Chaussee (today Nevigeser Straße , Landesstraße L427) and a high path (today Straße In den Birken ), which was of regional importance as a coal route . In 1832 the place belonged to the Katernberger Rotte of the rural outskirts of the parish and the city of Elberfeld . The place, which was categorized as arable property according to the statistics and topography of the Düsseldorf administrative district , had two residential buildings and four agricultural buildings at the time. At that time, twelve people lived in the place, one of them Catholic and eleven Protestant. No residents are named for the year 1815/16.
Once in the years 1833 to 1835 Nevigeser road between Elberfeld and Neviges as toll municipal road was built, a toll station was set up in the amount Voßdelle that in the years 1838 to 1841 for an annual sum of 694 Prussian thaler was leased. With the establishment of the Prince Wilhelm Railway , the volume of wagon traffic decreased, so that the lease on the Voßdelle had to be reduced to 400 Taler in the years 1850 to 1852.
