Ana Miralles (born December 16, 1959 in Madrid ) is a Spanish cartoonist and illustrator .

Life

Ana Miralles completed a degree in fine arts until 1982 . She then worked as an illustrator, and she also did her first comic works. From 1991 to 1994 the three-part series Eva Medusa appeared with the copywriter Antonio Segura , with whom she became internationally known. From 1997 to 1999, the three-part series In Search of the Unicorn was published with the copywriter Emilio Ruiz . From 2001 the series Djinn followed with the copywriter Jean Dufaux , which brought it to 13 volumes. In 2008 the graphic novel Mano en Mano appeared with Ruiz.
