Anastasia Huppmann

Anastasia Huppmann (born November 16, 1988 in Tver in the Soviet Union ) is a Russian- Austrian concert pianist .

Life

Huppmann has been playing the piano since she was five. She studied at the State Academy for Music in Rostov-on-Don from 2003 to 2008, from 2009 to 2011 she studied at the Music and Art University of the City of Vienna and from 2011 to 2012 she was a student of Karl-Heinz Kämmerling in his solo classes at the Hanover University of Music and Theater . Huppmann lives in Vienna , Austria .

  • 2011: 1st place IXth Premio di Esecuzione Pianistica Internationale "Antonio Napolitano" Citta di Salerno (Italy)
  • 2011: 1st place XIV Grand Prix International 'Jeunes Talents', Festival de Piano, Montrond-les-Bains (France)

Anastasia Huppmann has published a collection of selected works on the YouTube channel dedicated to her. The channel with currently 46 videos has more than 50,000 subscribers; two videos each received more than 3 million views (as of July 2019). Her success with YouTube videos is reminiscent of the internet phenomenon Valentina Lisitsa .
