Christensen Bording is different
Anders Christensen Bording , (born January 21, 1619 in Ribe ; † May 24, 1677 ), was a Danish poet .
Life
Anders Bording became lecturer in theology at the school in Ribe. In 1666 he moved to Copenhagen , where King Friedrich III. entrusted him with the publication of the first Danish political newspaper Den danske Merkurius , which appeared in rhymes every month from 1666 to 1677.
He had already become known through his songs before that. His poems were of no aesthetic value. One saw in his poems for the first time that the Danish language is ideally suited for rhyming, which is how Bording got its real meaning in the history of Danish poetry.
