André Luiz Bahia Santos Viana , short André Bahia , (born November 24, 1983 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian soccer player .
Club career
André Bahia started his football career at Flamengo Rio de Janeiro in 2001 and played 81 games and scored three goals until 2005. In the meantime it was loaned to Palmeiras São Paulo . In January 2005 he moved to Feyenoord Rotterdam in Europe in the Netherlands . The Brazilian won the KNVB Cup with Rotterdam in the 2007/08 season . It was his only title win with Feyenoord in five seasons. By the time he was transferred to Turkey , Bahia had played 184 league games and scored 17 goals.
Since 2011 he has been under contract with Samsunspor in Turkey .
