André Eriksen (born October 22, 1975 , Vestli , Oslo ) is a Norwegian actor, background singer in rap and breakdancer . He also appears under the stage name "Tech Rock" in the group Warlocks and in the breakdance group Atomic B-Boys .

Life

André Eriksen grew up in Groruddalen in Oslo and graduated from Linderud videregående skole in 1994 with a sports degree . Eriksen was interested in rap, breakdance and graffiti at an early age and is often referred to as a true “B-boy” (breakdancer). Together with his twin brother Kevin "Karma" Eriksen and Håkon "Hawk" Lund he founded the rap group "Warlocks". The lyrics are usually in English, but there is also an album with Norwegian lyrics. With Warlocks he won the Alarmprisen 2002 in the hip-hop / rap class for the album "Afterlife".

Together with his twin brother he also founded the breakdance group Atomic B-Boys , together with Lars "PayTwo" Undli and Bjørn "Sean" Hagen . With this group he was several times Norwegian master in breakdance (groups). He is one of the pioneers of breakdancing in Norway.

He is also one of the most important Norwegian graffiti artists.

He had his first role as an actor in the role of Thomas Thendrup in the film Nokas . Since then he has appeared in several films, such as Erik Skjoldbjærgs Film Pionér and Hotel Cæsar (boxing coach Atle Søgård ).
