André Kole

André Kole (born September 30, 1936 ; b. Robert Gurtler Jr. ) is an American magician and illusionist. He is considered to be the inventor of some magical effects. The International Magicians Society named him the Inventor of the Decade . Kole also uses his "magical abilities" to expose scams and fakes. So far he has performed in 80 countries around the world.

Life

Kole became enthusiastic about magic at the age of seven when he saw a performance by Moxo the Magician (born Mark Barker ). As a young man he received the annual Al Sharpe Award for his quirk and originality in his magical presentations. In addition to his appearances, he has conducted research into parapsychological phenomena and unsolved mysteries for more than 20 years.

Kole is a committed Christian and preacher of the evangelical community Campus Crusade for christ international .

Kole's wife Alice Jean Gürtler, the mother of his son Tim, was known by the stage name Aljeana . She died of a brain tumor at the age of 38 .

Trivia

According to his own website, the only feat he hasn't listed yet is pulling a rabbit out of a hat. The reason for this is that he is allergic to rabbits.
