André Moreira (cyclist)
André Moreira Vital (born November 22, 1982 in Viana do Castelo ) is a Portuguese cyclist .
André Moreira began his career in 2004 with the Carvalhelhos-Boavista cycling team . He celebrated his first stage win in 2005 at the Troféu Joaquim Agostinho . Since 2006 he has been driving for the Portuguese Continental Team Madeinox-Bric-AR Canelas . At the Algarve Tour 2006 , Moreira was third in the stage and finished fourth in the overall standings behind the winner João Cabreira .
In 2008, Moreira was banned for six months due to repeated absence from training controls.
