André Schleemann

Andre Schlee man (* 1967 / 1968 ) is a German American football trainer.

career

From 1988 to 1997 the 1.86 meter tall Schleemann played on the position of linebacker for the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes . He then became a member of the Kiel coaching staff. In the course of the 2002 first division season, he jumped twice as head coach of the Fördestädter. In 2005, Schleemann, who had previously worked as a defense coordinator, became head coach of the Kiel team and led them to first place in the 2nd Northern League, but lost to Düsseldorf in the relegation. In the 2006 season Schleemann managed to return to the GFL with Kiel . Then Schleemann was in 2007 in the highest German season under head coach Kent Anderson responsible for coordinating the defense work of the Hurricanes.

In 2012, in the role of defense coordinator, he won the championship title in the Regionalliga Nord with the Lübeck Seals . In 2014 Schleemann led the Hamburg Huskies as head coach to the GFL promotion and in the 2015 season as a first division newcomer to the quarterfinals.

In the 2016 season he was suspended, at the beginning of the 2017 game year Schleemann , who worked full-time at the construction department of the Molfsee community , took over the head coaching position at the second division club Lübeck Cougars and stayed there for a year in which he was relegated . In April 2018, he became defense coordinator for the Dutch national team.
