André Zeug (born February 4, 1956 in Berlin ) is a German manager.

Life

Zeug studied law and business administration . He received his PhD in 1987.

Act

He initially worked as a lawyer in a Munich law firm and then moved to German Wings as head of the legal and human resources department. From 1990 he was responsible for Lufthansa territories legal and personnel . From 1992 he was in charge of privatization and redevelopment at the Treuhandanstalt in Berlin. Since 1994, Zeug has been the managing director of various Deutsche Bahn subsidiaries . On April 1, 2002, he was appointed head of the Combined Transport Executive Board department at DB Cargo , which he had previously temporarily headed.

From 2003 to 2005 he was responsible for the intermodal board division at Stinnes AG . Subsequently, he was General Representative for Technology / Procurement at Deutsche Bahn. On December 3, 2007, he was appointed CEO of DB Station & Service . From the beginning of 2018 he will be the special representative for the 2030 service provider on the Board of Management's Infrastructure. Werner Gatzer was his successor in the role of CEO of DB Station & Service . On May 1, 2018, this was replaced by Bernd Koch.
