Andrea Čunderlíková

Andrea Čunderlíková (born May 6, 1952 in Prague ) is a Czech actress.

Čunderlíková began her career in 1964 as a child actress in Karel Kachyňa's film Vysoká zeď . Due to her success, she received roles in the following years, among others in the films Káťa a krokodýl (1965), Malé letní blues (1967), Farářův konec (1968) and Zabil jsem Einsteina, pánové (1969) and the leading role in Pět holek na krku (1967).

In 1970 she graduated from high school and then applied to the theater faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague , where she was rejected because of lack of talent. Nevertheless, she continued to have roles in numerous films such as Jana Eyrová (1972), Poslední ples na rožnovské plovárně (1974), Třicet případů majora Zemana (1975), Rača, láska moja (1977) and Dnes v jednom domě (1979). She became popular in the role of Sister Ina in the hospital series Nemocnice na kraji města ( The Hospital on the Outskirts of the City , 1977).

A few more roles followed in the 1980s, most recently in the series Případ pro zvláštní skupinu (1989). After that, Čunderlíková worked as a manager. Only in 2003 did she return to acting as sister Ina with the resumption of the series Nemocnice na kraji města . She is married to the rock guitarist Ladislav Klein and is the mother of the tennis player Sandra Kleinová .
