Andrea Krumschnabel

Andrea Ingeborg Krumschnabel (born September 28, 1965 in Graz ) is an Austrian politician (family, formerly Vorwärts Tirol ) and entrepreneur. From 2013 to 2018 she was a member of the Tyrolean state parliament .

education and profession

Between 1972 and 1976, Krumschnabel attended elementary school in Graz- Andritz and in 1976 came to the Seebacher Bundesrealgymnasium Graz , where she continued her school education until 1978. In 1978 she switched to the secondary school of the Graz School Sisters before she attended the Federal Institute for Kindergarten Pedagogy in Graz from 1980 . She then worked as a kindergarten teacher between 1989 and 2007 and from 1997 to 2013 she was also the director of the “Life and Business” course. She was also a self-employed mediator from 2000 to 2013 and was active as a self-employed educational advisor during the same period. Furthermore, from 2003 to 2013 she took over the course management “Mediation West”, from 2007 to 2013 she was a systemic coach and from 2010 to 2013 owner of an advertising agency. Krumschnabel is the founder and director of Schubi-Du, Parent-Child Center Kufstein, the largest private childcare facility in Tyrol.

Politics and functions

Krumschnabel ran in the state election 2013 in fourth place on the state list of Vorwärts Tirol and was sworn in as a member of the state parliament on May 24, 2013. She is the deputy chairman of the financial control committee, a member of the immunity and incompatibility committee and a member of the labor, social and health committee. At the beginning of July 2014, the opposition party Vorwärts Tirol expelled Andrea Krumschnabel, member of the state parliament, from the state parliament club and the party.

To run for the state election in 2018 , Krumschnabel founded the “family. The Tyrolean Family Party ”, which competed nationwide.

Private

Krumschnabel is married and has four children. She lives in Kufstein .
