Andrea Manni

Andrea Manni (born January 4, 1958 in Rome ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter .

Life

Manni assisted in films by Bruno Cortini and Duccio Tessari and made his debut in 1997 with the feature film Da cosa nasce cosa , which did not come into regular distribution and then ran on television. The short film Un uomo a piedi followed a year later ; for television the show Titolo with Enzo Iacchetti and Monica Scattini . His 2003 drama Il fuggiasco was awarded a David di Donatello and an Italian "Golden Globe". Voce del verbo amore followed in 2007 ; Manni also wrote several episodes of the crime series Crimine .
