Bruno Cortini

Bruno Cortini (born December 13, 1943 in Rome , † October 29, 1989 ibid) was an Italian film director .

Life

Cortini graduated with a degree in economics, but quickly turned to film. In 1971 he began working as an assistant director for crime films ; from 1980 he worked frequently for Carlo Vanzina and expanded his range of activities. Cortini wrote some scripts and worked with Carlo Tuzii on the play Gassman all'asta , which was also recorded for Italian television.

In the period that followed, Cortini, now as a director, switched his work between cinema and television work until his untimely death.
