Andrea da Firenze

Andrea da Firenze or Andreas da Florentia (* 14th century ; † 1415 in Florence ) was a Florentine composer and organist of the late Middle Ages. Together with Francesco Landini and Paolo da Firenze he was a leading representative of the Ars Nova and the Trecento . The source for his secular ballads is the Squarcialupi Codex .
