Andreas Hügerich

Andreas Hügerich (born May 24, 1983 in Lichtenfels ) is a German local politician ( SPD ) and First Mayor of the Upper Franconian district town of Lichtenfels.

Career

Hügerich attended the Burgkunstadt secondary school and graduated in 1999 with a secondary school leaving certificate . He completed an apprenticeship as an administrative clerk at the city of Lichtenfels and has been a registrar there since completing his apprenticeship in 2002 .

In the election for the first mayor on March 16, 2014, he was able to win an absolute majority in the first ballot.

Others

As a long-time committed running athlete, Hügerich regularly takes part in amateur competitions in the region and in the Berlin Marathon .
