Andreas Hofmann (climber)

Andreas "Andi" Hofmann (born April 20, 1967 in Nuremberg ) is a German climber and climbing trainer. He became known in particular in the 1990s for the first ascent of difficult routes and boulders in Franconian Switzerland .

He looks after the Bavarian squad and is a member of the federal teaching team for sport climbing at the German Alpine Club . He is the author of several articles and a book on climbing technique and bouldering training.
