Andreas Kugler

Andreas Kugler (born December 23, 1967 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and has been a member of the Berlin House of Representatives since 2006 .

education and profession

Kugler passed his Abitur in 1987 at the Fichtenberg Oberschule in Berlin-Steglitz and obtained a degree in business administration from the Technical University of Berlin in 1996 . From 1992 to 1996, Andreas Kugler worked as an employee in a tax office. Since 1997 he has been working for the United Wage Tax Aid Association (VLH) , since 2004 as a regional representative.

politics

He joined the SPD in 1984. Kugler was directly elected for the constituency of Steglitz-Zehlendorf 1 in the 2006 parliamentary elections. Andreas Kugler has been a state party congress delegate since 1998 and department chairman of Department 1 in Steglitz-Zehlendorf since 2000. He is chairman of the petitions committee and a member of the committee for building, housing and transport.

Personal and memberships

Andreas Kugler is married and of Protestant denomination. He sits on the board of trustees of the Society for Christian-Jewish Cooperation , is a member of the German Alpine Association , the Haus Wolfenstein initiative and the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district association of allotment gardeners.
