Andreas Rill (born January 6, 1979 in Tübingen ) is a German football player .

Career

Previously active for the youth and reserve team of SSV Reutlingen , Andreas Rill made his debut for the 1st team of SSV in the Regionalliga Süd on February 27, 1999 . From then on, Rill was used sporadically under coach Armin Veh in the regional league and rose to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2000 with his club . He played his first and only professional game on matchday 16 against SSV Ulm 1846 (2-2).

In 2001 he moved to SpVgg Greuther Fürth , where he played for the amateur team in the Oberliga Bayern . After eight goals in 28 games, he returned to SSV Reutlingen for the 2002/03 season, where he also played for the reserve team. Since 2003 he has been back in the first team. Here he first played in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and rose in 2006 to the Regionalliga Süd. After Reutlingen filed for bankruptcy in March 2010, Rill and his club will be back in the major league in the 2010/11 season.
