Andreas Uhde

Andreas Dominik Uhde (born March 11, 1978 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a former German business journalist who currently works as a manager in the private equity industry .

Life

Uhde completed his studies at the then European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel; then he worked as a junior underwriter at Munich Reinsurance Company . At the same time, he worked as a freelancer for the Munich-based VentureCapital magazine , of which he was promoted to chief editor in May 2006.

Three of his articles in VentureCapital magazine received specialist prizes: “Visions 2004 - Private Equity pays off again” (1/2004) at the 2nd European Private Equity Awards as well as “Tiger on the Go” (12/2006) and “Zurück auf Los “(1/2008) at the German Journalist Award .

He has worked for the asset manager Partners Group since 2010 , first in Singapore, then at the headquarters in Switzerland and since January 2017 in the Munich office.

According to an extract from the commercial register, he was authorized signatory of GoingPublic Media AG from 2008/09 and managing director of P & K Verwaltungs GmbH and the property company Dornbusch Nord GmbH from 2012 and 2013 to September 2015.
