Andrei Alexandrowitsch Klischas ( Russian Андрей Александрович Клишас ; Lithuanian Andrėjus Klišas ; born November 9, 1972 in Sverdlovsk ) is a Russian politician. He is a member of the Federation Council.

In April 2014, the US government and the European Union put stereotypes on a sanctions list as a result of the Ukraine crisis , the stereotypes forbidding entry into the United States and the member states of the European Union , as he publicly sent troops in the Russian Federation Council backed to the Crimea .
