Andrei Leonidowitsch Lamow ( Russian Андрей Леонидович Ламов ; born March 9, 1986 in Tscherepowez ) is a Russian ski orienteer .

In 2007 he made his world championship debut in Moscow with a fifth place over the middle distance. At the subsequent World Championships in Japan in 2009, he won his first two titles in the sprint and long distance. Together with Vladimir Barchukow and Andrei Grigoryev , he won silver with the relay behind the Finns. In 2010 he won EM silver in the sprint, 2011 World Cup silver over the middle distance behind the Finn Staffan Tunis and 2012 EM silver in the long distance.

After a silver medal at the 2013 European Championships with the relay, he won the relay gold medal at the 2013 World Championships in Ridder, Kazakhstan, together with Grigoryev and Kirill Wesselow . He also won the silver medals in the sprint and the middle distance behind the Swede Peter Arnesson .
