Andrew Forbes
Andrew "Andy" Forbes (born October 9, 1915 in Glasgow , † in the 1990s ) was a British long-distance runner .
At the British Empire Games in Auckland in 1950 he won silver over six miles starting for Scotland ; its placement over three miles is not recorded.
Six times (1947, 1949-1953) he took part in the Cross of Nations , with a twelfth place in 1953 as the best placement.
