Andrew Justice

Andrew Justice (born January 19, 1951 - June 17, 2005 ) was a British rower .

Career

The 1.88 m wide Andrew Justice from Marlow Rowing Club joined the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, along with Thomas Bishop , Mark Hayter and Allan Whitwell in the quadruple sculls and finished ninth.

Four years later at the 1980 Moscow Olympics , the British eighth consisted of Duncan McDougall , Allan Whitwell, Henry Clay , Chris Mahoney , Andrew Justice, John Pritchard , Malcolm McGowan , Richard Stanhope and helmsman Colin Moynihan . The British won the silver medal behind the boat from the GDR and in front of the boat from the USSR.

In 1981 at the World Championships in Munich , Mark Andrews , Chris Mahoney, Colin Seymour , John Bland , Andrew Justice, John Pritchard, Malcolm McGowan, Richard Stanhope and Colin Moynihan formed the British eighth. It won the boat from the Soviet Union before the British and the boat from the United States.
