Andy Field
Andy Field (born June 21, 1973 in Ilford) is professor of psychology at the University of Sussex .
Field received his B.Sc. Psychology 1991–1994 at City University London and his D.Phil. at the University of Sussex from 1994 to 1997. Since 2010 he has been Professor of Child Psychopathology at the University of Sussex. Field is the author of two statistics textbooks that are designed for the two software applications SPSS and R at the same time . He received the British Psychological Society Book Award (2007) for his book Discovering Statistics Using SPSS: and sex and drugs and rock 'n' roll .
Field is married with two sons. He lives in Brighton .
