Angela Schmid (politician)
Angela Schmid (born August 1, 1943 in Nordhausen ; née Schlumm ) is a German politician.
Angela Schmidt studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich after graduating from high school . She was city councilor in Stuttgart from 1999 to 2004 and from 2004 she was a member of the German Bundestag for the CDU as a replacement for Tanja Gönner . She did not manage to get back into parliament, she lost to Ute Kumpf ( SPD ).
