Angelo Plessas ( Greek Άγγελος Πλέσσας Angelos Plessas , * 1974 in Athens ) is a Greek concept , video , internet and installation artist .

Early work
Angelo Plessas initially registered domain names and designed websites . For his projects, the artist travels the globe with Google Street View to find suitable locations for his happenings , which he documents with video recordings.
Experiments on the society of the future
The series of Brotherhood / Sisterhood meetings that have taken place annually since 2012 are happenings that are to be understood as social experiments for a society of the future. The meetings took place a. in the West Bank , Sri Lanka and at Hohen Dörnberg . He creates multimedia installations from the social experiments . Plessas announces its next happenings on YouTube . In 2016 he continued his work with the artist series Experimental Education .
In 2017 the artist took part in documenta 14 in Athens and Kassel . He put a multimedia installation in the Gottschalk Hall in Kassel with the title Eternal Internist Brotherhood / Sisterhood 6 (2017) and in a glass pavilion on Kassel's Kurt-Schumacher-Straße the works Reading Statement # etinterbro5 Sri Lanka (2016) and Eternal Internet Brotherhood / Sisterhood 5 (2016).
